Our Trainee Program is designed to launch high-potential talent into impactful leadership careers.

Throughout the program, you will participate in a structured development journey led by experienced leaders across key areas—including Maintenance, Process, and Quality.

By the end of the program, trainees who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential will be offered a supervisory position within the organization.

Our Program contains:

• Direct guidance from experienced mentors in managerial positions
• Learning & Development opportunities for both soft skills and professional skills
• Carry out the development plan of the area minimizing risks to the business
• Connect and create network relationships with suppliers, identifying market opportunities
• Develop people management skills, working together with different stakeholders and fostering collaboration among groups
• Ensure that quality, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures are being complied with according to Management Policies
• Be a role model of company values

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in team-based environments
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change
• Availability for full-time participation in the program and potential shift assignments
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (preferred)
• Previous internship or industrial experience (a plus)
